We are running our Speed & Agility (S&A) Session from Monday, Jan. 8 through Thursday, February 22. This is for anyone wanting to participate in football next fall. While we HIGHLY encourage multi-sports, this is for anyone wanting to get better and who is not participating in another school-sponsored sport.
We will hold our S&A Session four days per week (Monday thru Thursday) starting promptly at 3:00 PM and generally lasting 1 to 1.5 hours. Each workout will build upon the next, therefore, each session will get a little harder each time we meet. We invite all current 8th and 9th Graders along with our current Lakers to this session.
